BP70 / FACTORY70 is a drive designed to automate a sectional industrial door with an area of up to 30 m². Powered by 230V AC, this industrial gate motor is electronically commutated, allowing for maximum torque even at the slowest speeds. The drive has a built-in receiver that works with with remote controls with the HCS 433,92 MHz system.
The control unit can be connected to a photocell, a warning light, an optical/pressure edge, or an induction loop detector. Additional features include automatic gate closing, soft start and stop. The control unit has a Polish-language menu for easy configuration. Oil bath gearing increases drive life. The additional soft start and stop function increases the lifespan of the gate.
Equipped with a chain drive for emergency manual control. The set includes a BP70 / FACTORY70 drive, a BP70 / FACTORY70 control unit, 2 key fobs, OSE OC type protection (optical photocells, junction box, spiral cable) and mounting accessories.
- Two options for mounting the drive: directly on the 1-inch gate shaft (25,4 mm) or via a chain (not included).
- Enter the MENU after entering the 2-digit PIN code.
- Percentage-adjustable gate opening and closing speed, adjustable acceleration speed.
- Possibility to set partial gate opening and opening limit.
- Two relay outputs.
