Basic information
PDL+ photocell This is an advanced laser rangefinder designed for gate automation and access control. Unlike traditional photocells, it does not require a receiver. The emitted light beam is cone-shaped with an angle of approximately 2°, creating a circle with a diameter of approximately 40 cm at a distance of 8 m. Configuration is performed via a PCB button, a buzzer, and an LED.
The most important features:
- laser measurement (the photocell measures the distance to the obstacle, if it is less than the set value, it switches on the relay),
- easy assembly (only one element to install),
- two operating modes (A – with reference point, B – without reference point),
- adjustable working angle (it is possible to change the distance measurement angle within the range of +/- 95°),
- optical and acoustic information.
