Basic information
Controller/receiver ESTATE is a single-channel receiver, powered by a voltage of 12 to 24V AC/DC. It has a memory of 999 or 2000 remote buttons.
The controller is a component of Osiedle technology, designed for buildings with a large number of users. Osiedle allows remote controls to be added remotely, without access to the receiver. The technology does not require a special programmer or computer access. Programming is performed using the Installer's remote control, which transmits the addresses to user remote controls and controllers.
ADDRESS = Installer's Tax Identification Number + estate number + entrance number.
- The controller can acoustically confirm receipt of the remote control signal.
- With a registered remote control, you can acoustically read the number of programmed remote controls.
- After powering up (without pressing the button), the controller buzzer gives the coding system -121.
- After turning on the power (with the button pressed), the buzzer indicates the maximum number of supported remote control buttons – 999 or 2000.
- The controller can receive duplicate ADDRESSES from the Installer remote control and create duplicate key fob remote controls.
- If the controller is damaged, simply replace it with a new one, which will be assigned the same address as the damaged controller. The new controller will respond to user remote controls in the same way as the old, damaged controller.
