A GSM dialer is an electronic device containing an industrial GSM telephone. It is designed to work as: a simple alarm system (notifies via CLIP or SMS about arming/disarming the alarm, power failure, line violation, etc.), an autonomous GSM module analyzing the status of 7 inputs and sending information after a change in the input status or on request.
